ME7 Ltd is a Building Services consultancy engineers established in 2009 by Jordan Billinton.

 

We aim to provide sustainable and quality engineering designs/advice applied with innovation and future proofing. We are committed to an efficient, prompt and personalised Client service geared to provide value for money.

 

The directors and team of experienced engineers are pleased to make their expertise available to all Clients in the construction and related industries. High and Ultra End Houses Many specialist residential projects of this nature, including a major extension and refit of a 16,000 sq/ft Ultra High End residence in Templewood Avenue, Hampstead. Gloucester Avenue, Regents Park - 14 No. High End Townhouses/Apartments. South End, Kensington - An ultra high end new build news house with three basements totalling 14,000 sq/ft.

 

Hotels and Resorts Hotels in the UK and Overseas, including a boutique hotel on the Amafi coast, Antigua, Spa Hotels in St. Lucia and Banyan Tree Hotel in Barbados - which consisted of a 450 acre development comprising an 80 acre 6* Hotel, 18 hole championship golf course and 200 No. Luxury villas. The Clifton Ford Hotel extension in Mayfair for Jury Hotels - 80 No. additional rooms and leisure facilities.

 

Sports/Leisure/Entertainment The initial design for the Spurs Academy comprising full Training and Medical facilities for the First Team and Youth Academy. The project was to be a state of the art sports facility. The Jubilee Waterside centre - a new canoeing and teaching centre in Kings Cross.

 

Education The second Notting Hill Preparatory school with natural ventilation. Leighton Park school - new central dining facilities for 500 students. Samuel Lithgow Youth centre, Kings Cross - extension/refit of the existing centre.

 

Historic/Museums/Religious Grove House, Regents Park, London - a Grade I Listed Robert Adams property refurbishment and extension. St. Peters Church, Walworth - extension refit.

 

Residential Many residential projects, including a major project for Barratt East London - Elektron (Three 22 storey towers with 450 Apartments). A major mixed use project for London Green Developments - The Tower, Colliers Wood (333 Apartments, 30, 000 sq/ft of commercial areas, library, PCT surgery and public piazza).

 

Healthcare Projects in both private and public sectors including; Hammersmith Bridge Road PCT Surgery (Stirling prize short listed 2002). Dulverton new PCT surgery in Somerset. Tachbrook Triangle PCT in Victoria within a mixed use development. The Tower, Colliers Wood PCT surgery - within a mixed use regeneration project.

 

Commercial Many commercial projects, including Barnards Inn - 150,000 sq/ft office HQ building for Mercers, Holborn. The Guardian Newspaper printing works, Docklands and Little Britain development, City of London for Wimpey Property Holdings - 0.5M sq/ft of offices.

 

Defence RAF Benson - Helicopter flight simulator building with 8 No. moving pad simulators.

 

Transport Churchill Way, Basingstoke - New Bus Station for NBS and refurbishment of the podium 100,000 sq/ft offices for IBM.

 

Retail Marlands Centre, Southampton - New shopping centre for Heron. Butlers Retreat, Epping Forest for The Corporation of London - Grade II listed, refurbished/extended tea rooms. Almondvale shopping centre 375,00 sq/ft extension in Livingstoke.

 

Private Restaurants/Clubs The Greenhouse restaurant, Mayfair - refit/extension. The Naval & Military Club, Mayfair conversion/extension of the old Libyan Embassy into 80 bed hotel/club.

 

Embassies The second Saudi Arabian Embassy building in London - complete refurbishment and extension.
